Day 5 EB culture of Mesp1Cre-EYFP cells were separated into EYFP- and + cells, and global gene expression profile was analyzed by microarray. (A) Selective enrichment of gene subset in EYFP+ cells. Genes associated with pluripotency; nascent mesoderm and endoderm were enriched in EYFP- cells, whereas markers of cardiovascular and hematopoietic lineages were enriched in EYFP+ cells.
