Here, (a) untreated cells, (b) cells treated with α-MSH, (c) cells treated with KKK-MSH, and (d) % of PI positive S. aureus cells on α-MSH and KKK-MSH treatment. A total of 10,000 cells were acquired for each flow cytometry analysis. Mean ± S.D. from three independent experiments is presented here.
