The second and third columns show measured SOP with angles of orientation and ellipticity of polarization ellipses. The fourth and fifth columns show transmitted intensity patterns of light behind a polarizer with its transmission axis in the 45° and 0° directions, respectively. The last column shows intensity patterns of light without passing through a polarizer.
