PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells were treated with 5 or 50 μM triacetylresveratrol, or resveratrol for 24, 48, and 72 h. Antibodies that detect the phosphorylated state of STAT3 at Tyr705 and NFκB at Ser536 were used, and the expression of their proteins were determined by western blotting using indicated antibodies, and β-actin was used as a loading control. TRES, triacetylresveratrol; RES, resveratrol.
