  1. Biacore assays were performed using whole IgG binding to the MUC1 VNTR 25mer peptide as well as Fab fragments binding to the MUC1 VNTR 100mer. Predicted minimal binding epitopes for the antibodies were characterized by glycopeptide ELISA in Supplementary Fig. 2.
