From: Energy metabolism in intestinal epithelial cells during maturation along the crypt-villus axis
The activities of ALP in intestinal epithelial cells were measured using commercial kits according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The expression of PCNA was determined using Western blot, and the abundance of PCNA along CVA was normalized using β-actin as an internal control.
