From: Faithful conditional quantum state transfer between weakly coupled qubits

Quantum state transfer protocol.
The initial state |ψ〉S of the source qubit S can be arbitrary and unknown. The goal is to transfer any state of source S to target T, initially in a known fixed state |g〉T. The state transfer requires some interaction (unitary or probabilistic) between the source S and target T qubits. The transfer is performed by optimal measurement and feed-forward loop with optimal filter controlled by the measurement result and prior information about the initial target state |g〉T.
