Mean cell growth rate.
Mean cell growth rate was determined using WST-1 assay. Total cell number was measured at day 7 and 14. Mean cell growth rate per day was calculated for the first and second week separately. Significant inhibition of cell proliferation for ORC and ONRC, stronger inhibition for ONRC compared to ORC for both investigation periods.
