Discrimination of microbial community by principal component analyses (PCA) based on carbon substrate utilization patterns of Biolog Ecoplate data incubated for 96 h of rice rhizosphere treated with different level of N-fertilizer with and/or without inoculation of endophytic fungus Phomopsis liquidambari.

Rice seedling subjected under the following six treatment vs C: Control; LN: Low doses of N-fertilizer; ON: High doses of N-fertilizer; CE: Control + P. liquidambari; LNE: Low doses of N-fertilizer + P. liquidambari; ONE: High doses of N-fertilizer + P. liquidambari.
