The synthesis route of F-PEG-Chol.
F-PEG-Chol was synthesized through a simple two-step reaction. Specifically, Chol-suc and H2N-PEG-NH2 were used to prepare the intermediate H2N-PEG-Chol which was subsequently reacted with folate to form F-PEG-Chol.
