This means that all transcripts with a FC < 1 have negative X-values and all transcripts with positive X-values have a FC > 1. The higher on the Y-axis, the lower the corresponding adjusted P-value. All values with a FC < 0.8, and P-value < 0.1 are indicated in red and are considered significantly down-regulated. All values with a FC > 1.25 and P-value < 0.1 are indicated in green and are considered upregulated.
