Differentiation of hiPSC-BAPs in EGM adipogenic medium.

hiPSC-BAPs were induced to undergo differentiation in a traditional adipogenic medium routinely used for adult APs (Adult) or in the EGM adipogenic medium (EGM). (a) Twenty-five days later, multilocular adipocytes were detectable under the microscope only when cells were maintained in the EGM adipogenic medium; bar scale: 50μm.
