  1. Two optimum positive selection models (M2a and M8) show presence of sites of the studied genes under positive selection, while model M0 & Mla indecated the studied genes experience a neutral evolution. The dN/dS ratios ω for each specific model were used to detect the studied genes undergoing positive selection, ω > 1 indicates residues of genes under positive selection. The P value for each specific model was employed to estimate significance of positive selections among seven genes.
