ER stress in U87ΔEGFR glioma cells after treatment with Ad-SGE-REIC.
U87ΔEGFR cells were infected with Ad-SGE-REIC, Ad-CAG-REIC, or Ad-LacZ at a MOI of 10. Immunoblot analysis showed that levels of BiP, phosphorylated IRE1α, SAPK/JNK, and phosphorylated SAPK/JNK were increased in the U87ΔEGFR cell line following treatment with Ad-SGE-REIC.
