Histological analysis of glioma treated with Ad-REIC.

CD8-positive killer T lymphocyte infiltration into gliomas treated with Ad-SGE-REIC and with Ad-CAG-REIC was detected by monoclonal antibody staining. A significant increase in CD8-positive cells was detected in gliomas treated with Ad-SGE-REIC compared with Ad-CAG-REIC (*P < 0.0001).
