Total-energy-FA and Total-energy-Cen are the sums of all local full-atom and centroid energy terms. Global-term is the sum of all global centroid energy terms that are not shown in the plot (rg, hs_pair, ss_pair, sheet, rsigma, co). Negative correlations (Solvation and Side-Chains) are shown with a positive bar length. Test set: CASP11.
