High expression levels of HLA-I molecules in HLA-I/hTAP-LMP double transgenic mice.

Splenocytes from HLA-A11 and HLA-A11/hTAP-LMP mice were isolated and used for mRNA extraction to analyze H2-Kb or HLA-A11 mRNA expression by qRT-PCR.
