Differentially expressed proteins in BZR1-1D#23 transgenic fruit relative to WT at IM (a), MG (b), B (c) and R (d) stage were mapped in Cell wall, minor CHO, Starch, Sucrose, Ascorbate and Glutathione, Phytohormone, and Light Reactions. Individual tomato transcript matching the differentially expressed proteins were represented by small squares. Protein expression changes (log2 FC) were visualized on a color scale (red = induction, green = repression).
