ANXIETY LEVEL was measured on the 21 item Beck Anxiety Inventory49 (BAI≤19); CHRONOTYPE was assessed by the Horne‐Ösberg Questionnaire50 (31<HO<69); Daytime propensity to fall asleep in non‐stimulating situations was assessed by the Epworth Sleepiness Scale51 (ESS≤10); MOOD was assessed using the 21-item Beck Depression Inventory II52 (BDI‐II≤19); SLEEP QUALITY was determined by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire53 (PSQI≤5). SEASONALITY is based on the Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionnaire54 (SPAQ). The Edinburgh Inventory55 was administered to verify that the participants were right‐handed. SLEEP DIARY and ACTIGRAPHY measures were collected during 7-days prior to the study (Data presented in hours).
