Quantitative analysis of protein abundance in the potential targets of Bcmads1.

The differential abundance of proteins in the wild-type and ∆Bcmads1 strains determined by two-dimensional (2D) gel electrophoresis. The proteins were classified based on their putative functions. A bright red color indicates a high percentage of the protein spot volume and a bright green color represents a low percentage of the protein spot volume.
