  1. Patients were divided into two or three equal groups based on CP or IP z-score. Patients with M3 AML (n = 16) were not included in the analysis because they were not treated with the same chemotherapy regimen as other AML patients. Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate hazard ratios (high group/low group) and 95% confidence intervals. The log-rank test was used to calculate p-values.
