(A) HBL-100, (B) MDA-MB-231 cells and (C) MCF-7 cells treated with free TPT, free QT, free TPT+QT, TPT-MSN-NH2-PAA-CS-QT, and CPMSNs for 48h at various concentrations. The viability of MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells treated with CPMSN carrying both the drugs was found to be significantly decreased when compared to cells treated with free drugs, combined TPT and QT treatment and TPT-MSN-NH2-PAA-CS-QT. The data represent mean ± SD. *p ≤ 0.05 was considered significant.
