Nebivolol suppressed NLRP3 inflammasome activation through β3AR-eNOS pathway.
(A) After infection with the shRNA against β3AR or eNOS, H9C2 were pre-treated with nebivolol (10 μM) for 1 h, followed by stimulation with palmitate for 16 h. Cell lysates were analysed by western blotting with antibodies against β-actin, NLRP3 and caspase-1, representative Western blot images of β-actin, NLRP3, Pro-caspase 1 and Cleaved-caspase-1. (B) Quantification of protein expression. The results are presented relative to the values in the control cells.
