The largest changes in deuterium uptake are found for the WGG motif, which has a low exchange rate in Pr compared to a high one in Pfr. (b) A different digestion pattern refers to structural changes in the tongue region. (c) Deuterium uptake difference (Pfr − Pr) near the gap between the GAF-PHY domains.
