The wt Redβ, C3Redβ and N1Redβ peaks fractionated by size exclusion chromatography (Fig. 2c), were analyzed by DLS and SLS, which revealed two (wt) and three (C1, N1) species as summarized with hydrodynamic radius (Rh) and distributions (Dist) as percentages together with estimated molecular weights and the corresponding number of Redβ molecules per species.
