  1. Conjugation efficiency (%) = Bound (initial–free) antibody/initial antibody × 100. The antibody concentration was measured with the Bradford assay. All experiments were conducted three times, and data represent the mean ± standard deviation. The coefficient of variation (%) was determined via intra assay test by running 10 replicates of the experiment in one analytical run.
