AML1/ETO expression regulates motility and adhesion of hematopoietic and leukemic cells.

(B) Western Blot analysis of AML1/ETO protein expression upon shRNA-mediated interference in Kasumi-1 and SKNO-1 cell lines. Vinculin was used as loading control.
