The incident laser fluence in (a,b,c) are the same, 0.03 J/cm2, and the polarization directions are (a) vertical, (b) 45 degrees and (c) 85 degrees from the vertical direction, respectively. The arrow E indicates the laser polarization direction, the arrow W indicates the writing direction and all scale bars are 400 nm.
