Melatonin increase the SIRT3 activity, nuclear translocation of FoxO3a and binding of FoxO3a to the promoters of SOD2 and CAT in granulosa cells following H2O2 treatment.

(a) Graph shows a significant increase in the SIRT3 activity. (b) Western blots showed the expression of SIRT3, SOD2 and CAT in granulosa cells. (c) Western blot analysis shows the nuclear translocation of FoxO3a in granulosa cells. (d) FoxO3a has a strong binding affinity to the promoters of mitochondrial antioxidants SOD2 and CAT in granulosa cells. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01 versus the Control group. #p < 0.05; ##p < 0.01 versus the H2O2 group.
