Redundancy analysis (RDA) between nematodes and soil properties.
RDA results were summarized in a bi-dimensional plot. The eigenvalues of the first and the second axes were 0.675 and 0.099, respectively. The species-environment correlations for both the first and the second axes were 0.932 and 0.744, respectively. The first axis explained 67.5% of the cumulative variance in species data and 85.9% in species-environment relationships. CK: chemical fertilizer alone; P1–P5: chemical fertilizer with the addition of pig manure at rates of 1.75, 3.5, 7, 14 and 28 t·ha−1·yr−1, respectively; SOC: soil organic carbon; AN: alkaline nitrogen; AP: available phosphorus; TN: total nitrogen; TP: total phosphorus; and pH: pH value.
