Treatment with TPD in collagen induced arthritis in vivo mice model and in human synovial cells.
Collagen induced arthritis (CIA) in DBA/1 mice by immunization with type II collagen and intravenous injection of TPD 1 and 3 mg/Kg, 1 day after type II collagen boost and stopped after 10 days of daily injection.
