Co-localization between DENV E protein and GRP78.

HEK293T/17 cells were mock infected or infected with DENV 2 or DENV 4 for 1 d.p.i. Then the cells were incubated with a pan specific anti-dengue E protein antibody (green) and an anti-GRP78 antibody (red) followed by appropriate secondary antibodies and DAPI (blue). The cells were observed under an Olympus Fluo View 1000 confocal microscope. Representative non-contrast adjusted merged and unmerged images are shown.
