Co-localization between VDAC and ribosomal protein L28.

(a) HEK293T/17 cells were mock infected or infected with DENV 2 or DENV 4 for 1 d.p.i. and the cells were then incubated with a pan specific anti-dengue E protein antibody (blue), an anti-ribosomal protein L28 antibody (red) and an anti-VDAC antibody (green) followed by appropriate secondary antibodies and DAPI (white). The cells were observed under Olympus Fluo View 1000 confocal microscope. Representative non-contrast adjusted merged and unmerged images are shown.
