IELs but not epithelial cells constitutively express CD200R and show iSEC1 binding.

Cells isolated from collagenase-treated jejunum were stained with iSEC1-IgFc fusion proteins in combination with anti-CD45 and anti-CD3. Shaded histograms show staining with FLAG-IgFc fusion protein as control (upper histogram panels). The lower panels show the expression of CD200R and CD200 in the CD45+CD3+ T cells and CD45−CD3− epithelial cells. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
