(a) I/O curves of sham (closed circles) and QA-injected animals (open circles) demonstrate significantly decreased CA1 evoked responses in QA-injected mice. (b) LTP was significantly impaired in the CA1-region of QA-injected mice. LTP in the sham group was maintained until the end of recording, whereas TBS induced only a short-lasting potentiation in the QA-injected group. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
