Agarose gel electrophoresis of several clones containing consecutive deletions of the fragment rich in SSRs.

The first lane after the molecular marker (left) shows the clone with the original length fragment. Clones with differences in size of around 400 bp between consecutive deletions were selected. Clone size ranged from around 20 kb to 13 kb. Size of vector = 12.5 kb.
