Gene expression heatmap of MaHsfs in banana leaves, roots and fruits.

The samples of different banana organs were harvested from five-leaf stage leaves, roots and fruits of 80 DAF as Hu et al. (2015b,c) described. The heatmap was constructed using CLUSTER software and Java Treeview software.
