The correlation is considered significant if the Pearson correlation coefficient is greater than 0.7 and for anti-correlation is considered significant if the coefficient is less than −0.7. The heat-map indicates that there are many pairs of entries of the signature vector that are significantly correlated or anti-correlated for most of the subjects.
