TMED3 promotes HCC metastasis in vitro.

Wound healing and transwell migration assays showed that TMED3 knockdown inhibits migratory properties and that TMED3 overexpression promotes migration in the HCC-derived cell lines HepG2 (A,B) and Huh7 (C,D).
