(C) Lateral resolution of 0.87 μm was measured from width of transition from 10% to 90% of maximum intensity from profile across knife-edge target. (D) Axial resolution of 13.2 μm was measured from full-width-at-half-maximum (FWHM) of intensity profile produced by translating a plane mirror in axial direction at a neutral position of 100 μm.
