(A) KATO-III cells were incubated for 1 h with 0.05 μM WT or histidine mutants, fixed and double-stained with anti-TLR4 (red) and anti-HpGroES antibody (green). DNA was counterstained with DAPI (blue). The merged images are presented in the right panel, and the quantified percentage of colocalization of WT and histidine mutants and TLR4 in (B). Data are representative of three independent experiments. *p < 0.05 compared to WT.
