UC-MSCs alter cytokine production patterns of monocyte-derived cells.

After a 7-day incubation, monocytes were collected and cultured with or without LPS for 24 h. The culture supernatants were then collected, and the concentrations of IL10 (A), IL12p70 (B), TNFa (C) and IL17 (D) were determined using ELISA kits. The data are shown as the means ± SEMs of three different healthy persons.
