UC-MSCs impair the allostimulatory capacity of monocyte-derived cells.

After a 7-day incubation, monocytes were collected and cultured with PBLs labeled with CFSE for 5 days. The cells were the collected, and the proliferation of CD3+ T cells was analyzed by FACS (A,B).
