The optimal time for administration of the Ani/Neo compound in rat CS model.

Rats were subjected to hind-limbs compression for 5 h, followed by treatment with vehicle, or the Ani/Neo compound (20 mg/kg and 40 μg/kg, i.p.) at 30 min before decompression, immediately after decompression and 30 min after decompression respectively. Survival rates were monitored for the ensuing 24 h. n = 20 per group. *P < 0.05 vs. vehicle, **P < 0.01 vs. vehicle, ***P < 0.001 vs. vehicle. Ani, anisodamine; Neo, neostigmine.
