PD decreased EGFR and HER-2, accompanied by the inhibition of AKT and 4E-BP1.

Cells were treated with indicated concentrations of PD for 48 h. Cell extracts were analyzed for the levels of EGFR, HER-2, p-AKT, AKT, p-4E-BP1 and 4E-BP1 by western blot analysis (A). Cells were treated with 10 μM PD for different time points. Cell extracts were analyzed for the levels of EGFR, HER-2, p-AKT, AKT, p-4E-BP1 and 4E-BP1 by western blot analysis (B).
