Chitin hexamer (A6) (1 mg/ml) was incubated under standard conditions with PesCDA (4 μg/ml) for 2 (t1), 7 (t2), 24 (t3), and 48 h (t4), and the reactions were stopped by removing the enzyme with 3 K PES filter.
