Specificity and cross-reactivity of anti-KSP antibody for human kidney.
(a) Relative expression levels of KSP was determined by real-time PCR for HEK293 cells, relative to the undifferentiated hESCs as a negative control. Transcript expression levels were normalized to GAPDH (n = 4–5). Values shown are the means ± SEM.
