KSP+ cells form tubular structures in chimeric culture with dissociated mouse metanephric kidneys.
(a) A protocol of chimeric culture with dissociated mouse metanephric kidneys. KSP+/TRA1-60 negative cells purified by flow cytometry and freshly dissociated metanephric cells were incubated with ROCK inhibitor overnight and formed aggregates were incubated for 1 week. Sections of resulting aggregates were examined by immunostaining and imaged by microscopy. Samples were labelled with antibodies against human mitochondria (Mito) in conjunction with LTL (b,c).
