ELISA assay for inflammatory cytokines in the spinal cord.

ELISA data demonstrated that proinflammatory cytokines IL-17 [A], IFN-γ [B], TNF-α [C], IL-6 [D] and IL-1β [E] were markedly increased in EAE mice, while administration of RR-MS patients and donors derived hPDLSCs-CM and hPDLSCs-EMVs significantly reduced their expression.
