Knockdown of STMN1 in J7 represses cell proliferation.
(A) Immunoblots of J7 knockdown STMN1 (shSTMN1) and cognate control (shLuc) cells. Repressed protein levels were indicated. (B) For proliferation assay, 1*105 cells were seeded in 6-well plate. At the indicated day, cells were trypsinized and counted. (C) For colony formation assay, 2*103 cells were seeded in 6-well plate for 14 days. (D) Trypan blue staining of viable cell was examined.
